PROGRAM DETAIL:
Starting May 26 to July 1 (6 weeks)
For registration, we used a platform call Powerup. We encourage all members to have the RKH community membership.
Where: KNOB Community soccer field
Active Start
U4, U5 and U6 (COED)
(2016, 2017, 2018)
Thursday: 5:15pm-6:00pm
$65/child – includes jersey/T-shirt and participation medal.
Once a week for 45 min (parent must stay at the field and might be asked to help with drills).
Each training session is built around four activity stations, one focusing on 20% General Movement skills, 25% Coordination, 25% Soccer Technique and 30% Small-Sided Games.

Fundamentals
U7, U8 and U9

Once a week for 60 min
Thursday: 6:00pm-7:00pm

20% General Movement and Coordination 40%Soccer Technique 40%Small-Sided Games Addressing all four of these training “pillars” at each practice session will help develop well-rounded young players with a foundation in physical literacy, solid soccer skills and, ideally, an enduring love of the game. (60 to 75-Min sessions).
These activities will help players develop a feel for the ball in increasingly large areas by continuing to work on fundamental techniques like dribbling, shooting, faking, turning, and passing.
While having fun is still a key motivator, discipline will become more and more important as players transition from “game-playing” to “training.”
